Usual Health

Know your usual.

Usual Health is an iPhone app that learns what is normal for your body, from your Apple Watch, your ring and your health records, and tells you plainly when something changes.

your usual unusual

Every reading is shown against a band that is your own usual.

Compared with you

Each reading is judged against your own recent weeks, not a population average. An HRV of 40 can be great for one person and low for another.

Quiet when nothing changed

Most mornings the brief has nothing notable to report. When something moves, it says what moved, by how much, and for how long.

Stays on your iPhone

No account and no servers. Usual Health reads Apple Health on your phone and keeps everything there.

What it reads

Resting heart rate, HRV, breathing rate, wrist temperature, blood oxygen, sleep and workouts from any device that writes to Apple Health. If you connect your health records in the Health app, it also reads your lab results, medications and conditions, and turns them into plain questions for your next appointment.

Usual Health helps you notice changes and prepare for conversations with your doctor. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
